I have decided to leave the group to spend more time with my family and pursue other projects. I have achieved so many of my goals as a member of The Wallflowers, but I have many more. Recently, the group has been wanting to go in new directions and I found myself wanting to go in others. Rather than stay and be unhappy, or hold the band back, I realized it was time to make a change. I am leaving on excellent terms personally with the guys and we have left the door open to work together in the future.
To all our fans who I've gotten to know over the last seven years, thank you for all the support and encouragement. It has meant so much to me and I never took it for granted. You're the best!
To my bandmates, it's been a blessing to work with all of you. Thanks for all the great times and great music. I know you all will do great things and I wish you the very best. Peace and God bless.
